License MineSched

Use MineSched with No Licence

1. Start MineSched.
2. In the Scenario menu, click Licensing.
3. Select Unlicensed.
4. Click Apply.

MineSched allows you to open, save, and modify some parameters of scenarios without a licence.

Use MineSched with a Local Licence

1. Start MineSched.
2. In the Scenario menu, click Licensing.
3. Select Local.
4. In the Dongle field, select the dongle to which is associated with your MineSched licence.
5. In the Token field, type the token number. Or, in the Token File field, select the .tok file.

Note: If you do not have a token number or token file, you can click Request New Licence and follow the instructions to get a new licence file using the GEOVIAsupport.com website or by emailing GEOVIA support.

6. Click Validate.
7. Click Apply.

Use MineSched with a Network Licence

1. Start MineSched.
2. In the Scenario menu, click Licensing.
3. Select Network.
4. In the Server field, type the computer name, or IPv4 address, of the computer that is running GEOVIA Licence Manager.
5. In the Port field, if the port being used by the licence server is not the default port (1234), type the port number that the licence server is using.
6. Click Connect.

The classes of licence available on the licence server appear in the Class list.

7. In the Class field, select the licence class.
8. Click Apply.
